About the MovieThe shooting start-date, programmed for august 2005, was delayed by hurricanes Wilma, Stan and Katrina. It started january 2006. The Casting call was made through local newspapers. Some of the selected actors had no prior experience in acting, but did great in the tryouts. Actors and extras had military training prior to the shooting. The making of the movie took 3 years. It's the first salvadorian-made feature film about El Salvador's civil war. |
